Summit Built-In Compact Refrigerator / Freezer BI-605SSVHLHD was supposed to have been a with the hinge on the right side of unit when you are facing it. The description was not clear and they sent one with the hinge on the left side when facing the unit. 

OrienUSA 44 lb Built-In Ice Maker FS 55IM arrived in an intact box. This unit was for install in a renovation. Until the unit was ordered, the cabinetry could not be ordered and it took six weeks to build and install cabinetry and plumbing. The box was opened this week during installation and the unit was dented. It is very noisy with operation, basically inoperable. 

Living Direct, Inc. customer service reps have not been helpful. They have hung up on me; they've told me I'd need to buy new units for each. I was told they would check and get back to me on switching the refrigerator door and I never heard back. In fact, when I called to check, the agent was quite rude. I was told as too much time had passed and they could offer no suggestions.
