My fianc and I attempted to purchase a wedding dress from Livingdreams101 and it was quite simply the worst experience we have ever had in any business dealing, with anyone at any time. These disreputable individuals advised us that this order had shipped, and when approximately 2 weeks went by without it arriving we attempted to contact them to determine the status of our order.

When they were unresponsive to several query attempts via email we made numerous attempts to contact them by phone. They promptly shut off their telephone and their voicemail was full so we could not even leave them a message. Finally, we received an email from them advising us that since we had made so many attempts to call them they would not process our order. We attempted to contact them again via email, offering them the chance to proceed in an ethical fashion and honor their initial agreement to ship us this dress, but we have received no reply.

Our advice is to avoid dealing with these people entirely. They are unethical, dishonest and apparently despicable human beings.
