Originally found them on Craigslist.com and we were attracted by the great prices and the fact that they have a good looking website. Rich is a friendly guy but after more than 2 months of the run around we finally realized we've been had. We ordered a loft bed. upon delivery we decided we wanted the matching dresser as well. Upon delivery we saw that the bed was missing several bags of bolts and nuts and knobs. The dresser was even worse. It wasn't the one we were promised AND looked like it had been in a damp wherehouse for years. For over 2 months I called Rich to arrange an exchange for the dresser that I originally paid for. He was always friendly and promised to deliver saying "I don't do business that way" whenever I expressed my doubts. Well I am proof that he does.
The last appointment made to deliver the exchange dresser no one ever showed up. I've had it with this guy and now he's shut off his phone number to all incoming calls. BEWARE of Livinlargefurniture! The customer is lowest priority as Rich is Living large at YOUR expense.

Our policy is if you pay for delivery we will come out for free and fix or replace anything in the rare case we do have a problem. If you pick up at our warehouse or get free delivery you can pay a service charge for us to come to your home or bring item yourself to our warehouse for exchange or repair. This customer I had another delivery in his area so I offered to fix it for free we set up a time i had a driver pick up parts and no one answered the door when he got there. I called and my driver called and got no answer. He called a week later to try to set up another delivery so I told him I could not send anyone out for free this time and he did not like that. We provide a great service at incredible prices although you can't make all of the people happy all of the time we try. We do have a walk in location so you can see almost everything we sell before you buy.
