LJ ROSS Associates 1-800-530-3790 Did not contact me by phone or Mail just reported late payment jackson mi

LJ Ross recieved an account from fpl which was in the time period of florida natural disater Hurricane IRMA they did not contact me by phone or by mail which they tell me to talk to my post master I have been paying fpl small payment they were getting payments from me.My credit is impeccable there is no way possible that if I recieved a letter or a call this would not have been paid on the spot 190.00.

They reported it to my credit report without acknowledgement. This is there little scam maneuver that they do to get people to call in but for someone with a 738 beacon score this is a major issue but LJ ross does not care about anyone. My best contact info they have and I went over that with them but still no call or mail.
