LK and Sons took a deposit from us on March 16, 2016 to install stairs for us. They began their work about a week later. There were multiple issues, which were pointed out to them during the installation.
LK and Sons left the premises, and did not return for over a week. We attempted contact several times.
After this time, we removed the stairs, and hired another company to fabricate and install them as we had originally requested.
On April 7th, 2016, the owner's son and his helper arrived at our business in the morning, and demanded more money. Upon seeing their work removed, they threatened to destroy our stairs with a sledgehammer and blow out our windows. We requested they leave the premises.
Shortly thereafter, they returned with additional 'backup', threatening our employees. We called the police, and they had to be escorted off of the premises by the NYPD 104th precinct.
The work was not done correctly, or in a timely manner. Their customer service is appalling and we just escaped one of the scariest moments of our lives.

Instead of making a false report under my business name why don't you tell the truth but instead lie we have been in business for over 20+ years and never have gotten a bad review if I recall you Antonio had numerous violation inside your building that's located I tried very hard to do the right job and explained to you on what to do in order to correct your violation. You did everything wrong and told me quote "Just do the F***ing job" I continued to finish the job and was placed on hold for a week due to tile work. A week passes by made 10 phone calls to you , you never answered I later got back to your job site and found my matiral being used and the job was 95% done when I asked what was going on Antonio said to get off his property
me on a civil matter tried to ask what the problem was and to talk like civil people I was told to f*** off and threaten that I'm going to get my legs broken if I don't leave I had 3000$ worth of tools on the site I I'll repeat Again I Mem Kupi called the 104Pct just to get my tools out of the site I didn't do nothing wrong infact we went to small claims court and LK&Sons won the matter and got payed in full .. if anybody needs proof of court documents please google me and get my office phone # I would love to share the paper work and text message of Antonio cursing me out after 104 showed up ..
