LL Cellular is a company thats sells slightly used or refurbished phones that have been listed as new and in original box. Their plan is to make their customer service to difficult to communicate with that people will give up and now worry with it.
This is exactly what they tried to do to me, but I refused to give up. It took over 15 emails and over 5 hours on a long distance phone call (they don't have a toll-free number) to finally get my refund (I even sent them a bill from PayPal for the money the needed to refund me).
The two guys who answer the phones will try to blame every problem on someone from "another department" and ask you if you would like them to transfer you. They will then just leave you on hold for a few minutes (most of the time like 10 or 20 minutes) and then drop your call. After repeated calls, lots of wasted time, and yelling at them over the phone I was able to talk to a guy named Paul David who was finally able to get my refund back to me.
Consider yourself warned.
