 I rented a house from LL realty and when I was given a 30 day notice after my year lease was up because they said the owner wants to move back in I left the home in immaculate shape and they had someone from a fallon cleaning business go do a walk through, they said they were gonna keep most of our security deposit because the house had dust on the baseboards and dust on the light fixtures! I left that home in excellent condition and they completely RIPPED me off. I also replaced the air conditioner filter 2days after I moved out and they said I had to replace it (wish I saved the reciept for that) and batteries for the smoke detectors which were working perfectly. DONT rent from this company you will RIPPED off!!! Rent from (((redacted)))
