When Lloyd Bryan Adams, now CEO of Tenacity, LLC was down on his luck in December 1998, he asked his friend Walter in Germany in a letter (Lloyd's orig. letter text see below) for $3000 with promise of immediate repayment starting within one month. Walter instantly acted and wired the requested monies at his own expense to his friend Lloyd Bryan Adams.

After six years Lloyd Bryan Adams has paid back just $300 and claims the whole loan was a gift and is equaled out by hosting two of Walter's friends.

Walter has hosted Lloyd Bryan Adams, his family and friends on and off over several years at his home in Germany, even lent Lloyd and his friend his own car for a trip through Eastern Europe without any charge, even when the engine was destroyed upon return of the car.

Walter wanted to see Lloyd when he visited the US last Christmas in December of 2004 and asked Lloyd to please pay him back the rest of the loan.

Lloyd Bryan Adams suddenly said he owes [Walter] not a dime as he let two of Walter's friends stay there not for free as part of a return favor. He never told Walter that exchanging hosting services would be his way of "paying back" Walter's loan.

In fact one of Walter's friends stayed for a few days exactly one year before Lloyd Bryan Adams even asked Walter for money.

This is how Lloyd, this con artist, tries to twist and squirm his way out of his duty to pay back the remainder of $2700 plus interest.
Lloyd Bryan Adam's latest act is to physically threaten a friend of Walter who simply reminded him of the outstanding loan.

Be aware, Lloyd Bryan Adams may intend to rip you off as well when he asks for a loan or maybe even investment(?).

Dear Walter,

It have been a long time since we have talked. I called your home machine weeks ago to thank you for your gracious hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay with you and am hopeful that you will visit me soon.
Allot has happened since our last visit, some very good and some very bad.

First the good; I have meet a wonderful girl named Briana, very young and very cute. We have been dating for two months now and I am very pleased. Now, the bad: Upon my return from Europe, I learned that I lost my investor for NightShift Entertainment; he could not invest as promised as a result of loosing monies in the stock market. The main effect is that I lost my income and have had a very hard time trying to replace my earnings. I have several things planned for mid January, however, right now things are very difficult.

Additionally, last month, I got hit while in my car was completely totaled; I also was injured. I tore my ligaments in my left shoulder and herniated a disc in my lower back (l.5). I have a shooting pain in my calf and I am really sore.

Things look like they are going to get better, however, in the meantime, I am in need of assistance. I asked my Mom and Dad, however, they are not able to help. I asked Sean and he is buying a new house. I asked Andy and he's moving into a new apartment and can't help. So, I am in the unfortunate situation to ask my friends for some short term assistance.

I need assistance. I need about $1500 to get through the next two weeks and another $1500 by December 31. I am hopeful that I will not need the second loan, however, there is a chance I will. I hate to ask for favors, however, I know you would be upset with me if I did not ask. If you can assist, I would be able to begin repayment by February 1, 1999. If you can't help, I will understand.

In regard to my potential employment, in January, I will be working for a television show titled American Health and Fitness, Additionally, I will hopefully be producing a show titled Champions; there are investment opportunities available in both shows should you be interested.

American Health and Fitness is a daily work-out program that teaches how to work specific groups of muscles and how these work in your everyday active lifestyle, e.g., football, basketball, Skiing, etc.

Champions will be a show that focuses on true champions, Michael Jordan and others that are not only champions on the filed but also off the field.
