smart agents is a scam realtors beware do not waste your money, they have a great concept but do not deliver took my money and had to press for support their web page does nothing. I was supposed to get magazines but got none. do not waste your time or money.
This Company is a fraud they do not pick up the phone.customer service is unprofessional the girl I spoke to on the phone was very rude her name was Teresa hus.they told me that I was going to get leads I told him I only wanted one city and they charged my card for five cities they are a scam they sent me threatening emails that I was going to collections. I found out that a partner of mine had joined this company and they kept on charging her credit card after they canceled .she got an email saying that they had canceled and they were still charging her card.stay away from this company.

Hi Everyone,
I am a Texas realtor who loves to help buyers and sellers. I show buyers how they can buy a home with no money down and no closing costs. I also give each buyer of a new home a $2000 cash bonus.
In no case is there a reason for me to receive money from buyers. In the case of Sellers, I charge a flat $5000.
Whoever posted the negative comment must have a case of mistaken identity...even though that is my picture.
