Loan Leaders of America, Inc. Led on for 4 months - loan not approved Internet

This company will lead you down the golden path (this went on for 4 months), give you a "conditional" loan approval and then tell you, "we can't make it work" because part of the income you claimed cannot be used. How about telling me this up front instead of dragging it out for 4 months and putting me over $1,000 more in debt. $340 for one appraisal that was never completed, refunded 1/2 ($170), a 2nd appraisal for $340 and a 3rd appraisal fee of $150 to switch from a conventional loan (which they could not make work) to an FHA loan which they couldn't get approved either. Twice they requested information from my current mortgage company (I have 2 mortgages, as I have rental property) and got popped $30 on each both times for a "fax fee". I was furious.
Stay away from this company - they are bad news! These guys have definitely been reported to The Better Business Bureau.
