Loan More Live.COM Promised Live transfer leads 10 per day no more no less during specific hours Sherman Oaks California

The service you described in our conversations and in writing were not as described. The leads are supposed to come in during specific hours and there are to be no more than ten per day. I explained that I would try the service myself but I wanted a pause of at least 10 minutes per lead. He said that would be no problem. The leads should be with people taht have no late payments in the last 12 months, adequate documentable income, loan amounts that are less than the value of the homes and loan amounts of over $100,000.

The first day of the service I started getting calls before my scheduled start time. I did not get the login information in order to access the callers information. In addition I was getting calls spaced sometimes as close together as 30 seconds apart and there was no way to respond to any of the calls.

Each caller that I did speak with did not meet at least one of the criteria that they were supposed to meet. The company kept sending leads and charged me for the ones I was not able to speak with. I told them to stop sending leads after the first 10 and he kept sending them and kept charging me for what he called overflow I already had over 10 and did not request overflow leads nor do I want failed leads that I have to pay for.

I continued to get transfers after 3:00 yesterday The following morning I had calls come in at 7:00 AM which was 3 hours before I was scheduled to get my first call. At 9:00 AM they claimed that they would stop the calls and would only start them when I informed them to start back. I continue to get worthless calls and have cancelled the service. I am requesting my money back and to stop the service.
