These people want you to pay them every two weeks. They will hold your money interest free until the first of each month and then make your payments.

They state, "As required by the lender debits are remitted to them once monthly". What a bunch of bullshit! I've had about twenty mortgage loans in my life and not one of them "required" that I only make monthly payments. That would probably not be legal.

Finally, in addition to holding your money fir awhile interested, they also have an "administration charge" for the privilege of holding your money.

Stay ya away from these crooks!
