Nationwide biweekly administration loan payment administration horrible place to work, rip people off daily!! nightmare for customers xenia Ohio

 I have been a current employee for a couple of years now ( ashamed to admit that but I have to pay the bills). I can tell you first hand this place is an absolute discrace to a reputtable company. From the way they work with their customers to the untrained monkeys they have in the "management" department. I'm mocking the term in this situation because none of the managers have had any type of management experience or schooling to be qualified to manage at any level of any rinky dink operation ( in the sales department anyway). I have had numerous calls where a customer has called in furious because we did not make his/her mortgage payment again. There are just too many uneducated children running around pretending to be managers because that's what the plaque on their door states. Do yourself a favor if you are considering working with or for this company. Just make one extra payment on your mortgage each year and you will achieve the same goal. Don't say you weren't warned.
