Nationwide Biweekly Administration, Inc. PLEASE, PLEASE RESEARCH ANY COMPANY DEALING WITH YOUR MONEY!!! Xenia Ohio

Having received a solicitation from Nationwide Biweekly Administration in the mail after refinancing our home, I believed this company to be reputable, reliable and trustworthy. I will never take anything for granted again. Please learn from my mistake and do your reasearch before allowing any company to ASSIST you financially! 

We believed allowing Nationwide to collect our payments biweekly to pay our mortgage would help us pay our home off more quickly than paying it ourselves. It does look good on paper. However, it became a total nightmare for us. 

The first incident, I reached a customer service rep who had no idea how the service works. She advised me that if I changed anything about my draft, I would have to pay the next month's payment myself. I told her there was no way that could be correct or there would be no reason to use their service. She then transferred me to someone I trusted was capable of handling my request. He told me that, indeed, I could change my draft sequence and that he would take care of it, no problem. I repeated several times what was to be done and he repeated it back to me so there would be no mistakes. We had actually had to loan $1500 to a relative and so needed to change our draft date to the next week. He assured me he would handle the change with no problem whatsoever. I thanked him and told him how much I appreciated him understanding my quandry and handling it and making my day. Well, when I looked at my bank statement the day the draft was NOT supposed to be drafted, lo and behold, there was the draft! I was horrified, as I had totally trusted he understood and had the draft changed. I called and the CSR apologized, which was of no help to me whatsoever. I asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor said they would listen to the recordings of the conversations I had had and determine what had gone wrong. She then said she would refund half of what I had paid for their service if I would not deactivate my account and gave me her personal email address and phone number and said she would personally handle my account from here on out. I accepted and we discussed how I wanted the sequense to be set up from here on out and she assured me she would see to it.

The next payment was to be drafted on 2/6/15. I checked my bank statement to be sure it had been drafted. It had not. I emailed my personal CSR and told her I was confused as to why my account had not been debited for the payment. She called me and explained that my account had been deactivated in error. Of course, I was livid and told her the account was not to be reactivated. She then transfered me to the Vice President of Administration who promptly offered to refund me the balance of our initial fee for the service and apologized for the inadequacy of their company. I accepted and explained that I could not believe how I had been treated by this company and would not reactivate my account. On 2/9/15, I received a letter from the VP of Admin. asking me to reactivate my account at a discounted rate. I did a very small amount of research and found the BBB complaints and horrific reviews on this company. I should have done this research prior to signing up with this company. Needless to say, I will not be reactivating!

Spare yourself the nightmare, stress and elevated blood pressure! Do not allow this company access to your finances. They will wreak havoc.
