Loan4me Illegally obtained funds from my bank account by presenting a bogus check to me bank as if it was from me. Internet

I incurred overdraft charges from my bank but could not figure out why I knew that I had not written and checks, and then I see this 5 digit check number listed in my account, but there was no detail about the check.  After waiting about 9 days I finally was able to open the entry and that it when I saw that it was from loan4me, a company that I had never heard of, or one that I had dealt with.  I will pursue trying to get my thirty dollars back from them, but I was lucky the overdraft fee my bank charged they refunded.  While I was there I was informed through my banker, that in the very fine print of the online payday lenders it states that they can sell your information to other companies, and I was surprised to be told that this also meant my bank account information, and that is the way that loan4me, was able to access my account.  Knowing this I will never do anything like trying to find any type of payday loan online again, and probably never in person, because those forms allows for your personal information to be sold to other parties.
