Loan4utoday FastloanFast Ripped me of by taking money from my account twice now Internet

I have been ripped off twice by these people.  Loan4utoday ($30 in March) and FastloanFast ($30 in april) both have the exact same check and phone number in the memo but on memo has Loan4utoday and the other memo has FastloanFast.

When this happened in March I called the number and they claim I had applied for a loan and that was the fee for application.  How they had my info I don't know but I told them to cancel any and all request for a loan and end this matter.

Today when I checked my account there was another withdrawal in the amount of $30 and this memo said FastLoanFast with the same phone number as the Loan4utoday check.  I e-mailed the company and told them I expect to have both withdrawals refunded.

My concern is next month another company will make a $30 withdrawal and this will continue.  I know I can cancel that checking account and open another one and this is what I will have to do if nothing can be done.
