loan4uToday unauthorized money taken from bank account Internet

         A  bogus check for $30 was taken from my bank account causing a $10.00 check for my doctor to bounce resulting in 2 overdraft fees totaling $74.00. I called my bank filed a claim and they told me to try to call this company to resolve this issue and the bank would return overdraft fees. I tried calling customer service numerous days in a row with the same result: "MAILBOX FULL"

                Today I tried  calling without going through customer service 775-200-1525 after being on hold 15 minutes I was told no money would be returned since they already cashed the check. I asked for some kind of documentation showing that I have authorized this, I was told they didn't have to do that and I would not be receiving any money back.

           They never asked my name, reference number on check, bank or anything. How could I stop this from happening again since the only other choice is to close my bank account and start again?
