LoanCare Servicing Center LoanCare illegally charged $13,461.65 for HURRICANE insurance which is not required in the mortgage document. Viginia Beach, Virginia

LoanCare is the third company taking over the mortgage note on our property, in or about 2008, from Wendover Financial Services, the second assignee from Aames Home Loan. We never had any trouble from the two previous companies about home insurance. LoanCare, after taking over the loan for one year, started making trouble by demanding HURRICANE insurance coverage, which is NOT required by the mortgage document, nor demanded by the two previous mortgage companies. LoanCare went ahead and purchased the Hurricane Coverage on its own, without our approval, for $13,461.86 (the same coverage quote for Hurricane from GEICO, our insurance company, is only $2,000.00, as requested by us). LoanCare has therefore committed a highway robbery, an act above the law. It has also committed harassment, extortion, blackmail on us, causing great damages on us (a lawsuit may be filed later for this unlawful, illegal act from LoanCare Servicing Center.
