This month they want me to give them 2555.00 and I don't have that type of money, this loan never go down the interest they keep putting on the loan is so sad.
You never seem to pay it off, this is the worst place that I have dwelt with, they are not here to help you, these are loan sharks you won’t know that until you receive a loan from them. They make your life worse than it was when you needed them. I'm saying why hasn’t the government look unto this racket? This is consumer rip off, there is something illegal here about this company so maybe everyone that has been affected by LoanMax we need write the Ohio Attorney General, maybe we can start getting some help.
They want to take your car and putting you into a harder rut then you were before. We need help, I need help, please tell me where I start in exposing LoanMax or paying them off without keep been charge these higher and higher interest rates that constantly being added to your account when you make a payment.

In April all title loans will be illegal in the state of Ohio Offer them a lower amount to pay off your loan to end business with them, ask to Speak to the VP Dawn everyday and if they won't put you in contact with her call their lawyer everyday. 678-336-7426 LoanMax and Integrity Funding is the same company which violates State and Federal laws.
They are incorporated seperately but operations do violate several Ohio Revised Codes. The more information and recordings help the state prosecute. Collect the data for them. Record all phone calls and in person Ohio and Federal laws allows for one party consent.
If your car is taken and sold you can sue them for the difference of a private party sale in accordance to Ohio Law, they sell at auto auctions which bring in half the cars value meaning in most cases they will end up paying you more than your loan repayment.
