Moe Bedard and his business partner at Loansafe Solutions have split up over money and Moe's bully tactics in the workplace. Moe is now large and incharge of the whole thing which is a scary thought. There is no way in the world, he can run all of it himself. Employees dont want to deal with him and his bully attitude. Most all of the very good employees are now former employees because they couldnt take his always changing bs.

If you are researching loansafe, loansafe.org, loansafe solutions, modifyloan.net, loanworkout.org those are all websites that feed business to Moe's company through the lawyers that are on modifyloan.net. the attorneys seem to havve been a decent firm, they just hooked up with loansafe somehow.

You should use an attorney for a loan mod, just be very careful about who they are connected with. Loansafe does not have any special secret or special service that no other experienced lawyer dosn't have. Call around or research some more, there are some good law firms out there.

To the lady that defended this company, maybe you got lucky, and congratulations on saving your home.

This guy Moe Bedard acts like he is the "Messiah" of saving homes or something. Maybe he does, but I will tell you that his company Loan Safe Solutions is absolutely horible when it comes to customer service.

Why wouldn't anybody every call me back? It was ME who made every call to them, not the other way around. We skipped making a house payment to pay them the $3,995 before they actually did one thing for us. After that i never head from them again until i called to find out what's going on with my case.

They could be very good at what they do, but if there customer service is any reflection on there success, i would be very afraid of trusting them with your family home. I hope we get our money back. My lawyer said it will not be a big deal, he just needs to write a letter and threaten a complaint on the lawyer about going to the state bar.

OK, so I read all your posts. Interesting notes as I take a deep breath to rebutt the trash that has previously been posted on this site regarding Moe and LoanSafe:

1) Criminal record has no name attached. If your going to cut and paste everything why leave out the name? AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS RAP SHEET ISN'T WORTH THE CUTTING AND PASTING. SORRY YOU WASTED YOUR TIME.

2) YOU STATE "I decided to use a family friend that was an attorney that was more familiar with my situation for the lawsuit. Trusting that the audit was correct, we proceeded with the lawsuit. My attorney being a wise man decided to get a second audit done. Thank goodness we did. The second audit company found at least a dozen errors in Loan Safe's report. Things they claimed were RESPA and TILA violation were not and they missed the things that were. We saved our house but not because of Loan Safe". WHY WOULD YOU USE A FAMILY FRIEND AFTER RETAINING LOANSAFE??

If I had a family friend to help me when I was in trouble with my home I would have used them first not last. Doesn't say much about that family friend now does it. Guess he was not all that "WISE" after all.

YOU READ THE TRASH NOW IT'S TIME TO READ THE TRUTH IN THE EYES OF HUNDREDS OF HOMEOWNERS

I myself aquired a loan modification with the free assistance of the folks at Loan Safe. That would include Moe who amongst others was with me till the very end of my succesful modification. I was 6 months past due on my mortgage when I came upon LoanSafe. They guided me morning, noon and many a sleepless night to success.

I also inquired on a forensic audit and I was never quoted the fees alleged here.

I made a personal choice not to do an audit for my own financial reasons. I believed that I could accomplish my goal with their free assistance. AND I DID.

As far as I and many hundreds of others of homeowners are concerned LoanSafe is a godsend. It is a 24 hour 365 day support system that provides free factual advice. They literally hold your hand every step of the way.

I could go on and on all night long, God knows I am pissed off enough to do it.

In addition to a lengthy "rap" sheet (likes to sell drugs and beat his wife), he also has more than a few civil complaints against him. He's a deadbeat and has been sued at least once by a Loansafe customer.

As a former employee, we were told to keep quiet about this matter. We were threatened with legal action if we dsclosed this. Mr. Maurice Bedard, the Founder (from what we were told) and President does have multiple felony convictions for drug dealing and spousal abuse. His DRE license was revoked in the late 1990s and it was denied when he went to re-apply. I also found convictions for him from the mid to late 1990s. Below is just part of his conviction record. From what I understand the President is a convicted drug dealer and wife beater, I gues the people that started this site know him well, I wish I had known before I sent my clients to them. Loansafe took them for $1500 and did nothing. They lost their home.

I would like to demand that the person who made this report show proof that they did in fact order a mortgage audit from our company and also that we charged $3,500. Plus, we do not work directly with homeowners in regards to pay for foreclosure prevention services and nor do we accept money for stopping a foreclosure.
