LoanShrink and thier lawyers they refered us to told us to do the 3 three things that I JUST saw on the news that shows signs of a scam.
1)Wanted money up front.-2)Said Do Not Call or Talk to our mortgage co.-3)Loanshrink said it's ok to be behind on payments.
As soon as they recieved our money they were hard to get a hold of. They said I called too much. They barely called my mortgage co. to follow up. And when we got an crappy offer they didn't fight for us. We felt like they just went into this loanmodification buisness to make an extra buck.
When I called LoanShrink to follow up and get our garanteed money back, they answered the phone under a different name.
( Hayes and Associates ) instead of Loan Shrink. When I asked "Is this LoanShrink?" They answered " What? Oh ya LoanShrink.
We thought we did our homework and found the lawyer on the bbb but that doesn't show what the LoanShrink is all about, or the people who work for them like Lisa Sapolu.

Since I can not take back my original report I'm writing a follow up.
I never was able to get in touch with LoanShrink again, but as far as the Lawyers end who was David Pheil Law Firm. They continued helping us modify even though LoanShrink washed thier hands of us and disappeared from the internet.
The associates of David Pheil Law Firm continued to fight for over a year to modify our home and were very sorry about LoanShrink. The whole process of a modification was very stressful. But in the end David Pheil Law Firm held up their part of the bargin and stayed and worked with us for over a year when it was only supposed to take 60 days! I want to thank Gloria an associate of the law firm for just being real with me and staying on the phone with me for hours. I'll never forget you.
