I called LOCAL BIZ USA to have charges removed Cecilia said we had accepted when we had not. she refused to listen when i said i did not need or could afford to have this provider. i called back and another lady
said that Cecilis was her supervisor and she would not lie that allthough i had never used oreven knew i had this until i found it on my phone bill.
so i have to pay for something i did mot want or ever use!
