Local blue pages Les pappas Ripped me off as an employee many times Melbourne Victoria

 I find it hilarious reading the previous reports on this hideous company and its brain injured laughable "director". I laugh because I worked for this company approximately 6 years ago. All of the current reports I'm reading were indeed the status quo when I was there also. Les Pappas regularly didn't pay staff, would under pay them, would not pay superannuation or entitlements upon leaving the business. I was employed at this ridiculous firm for 4 months. Almost a record at that time. In that time I saw almost 40 people fired. A lot considering the place only has a staff of about 30 or so. I left after many weeks of les "forgetting" my pay or short paying me. Upon leaving my annual leave was NEVER paid and my superannuation was NEVER paid. Luckily I have a commercial lawyer in the family who took local blue and les to the ATO and reported him. My superannuation and leave entitlements were then paid. During this time I was also regularly called by les pappas and threatened with legal action, threatened with police involvement and threatened with physical and verbal violence. I laughed off all his threats as I knew I had them recorded on my phone. Luckily I was well aware that Les was not at all bright and would be caught by r cording every conversation. In regards to his clients.... Well he does rip them off. I have seen it many times. His so called "testimonials" are paid or offered discounts. His major testimonial is by a business hat his father owns. Upon leaving I got a fantastic job as a marketing manager for a large business. I laughed when I saw we were paying local blue $5000 per year. I tore up the contract and refused to re-sign. Les himself called me to question why. At this point lea realised who he was talking to and ended the phone conversation. I tell every business that I come into contact with to never have anything to do with this ridiculous business and moronic "director". If he ended up jobless, homeless and his family living in a gutter I would be happy with that because he has ruined so many families, children and businesses. P.S. The fact that he has been doing it for 20 years is his only retort. THIS ISNT A GOOD THING IDIOT. It only means you have been ruining people for that long. You should be in jail.
