COUNTY, STATE, FEDERAL Agencies Acting As CORPORATIONS Every Government Agency is a CORPORATION, using your tax dollars to trade on Dunn & Bradstreet EVERY CITY In The UNITED STATES Nationwide

If you have had the misfortune of visiting the inside of a court room have you noticed that the ticket, or fine or other "instrument" has your name in CAPITAL LETTERS as well as the COURT in CAPITAL LETTERS?

This is not a typo, it is done for a very particular reason. It signifies the corporate status. For example SOUTH DISTRICT COURT PACIFIC COUNTY WASHINGTON. That is a real town and it is trading on the market with Dunn & Bradstreet.

(YOUR TOWN) MUNICIPLE COURT,STATE OF WASHINGTON. It all indicates corporate status. This fact runs from COUNTY offices, including JUDGES, ATTORNEYS, JAIL, JUDICIAL TASK FORCE, MUNICIPLE COURT, SUPERIOR COURT etc.

The problem is this. A corporation is in business to make money. They trade on the market to make money. They invest that money to make money and so on. However, it is your tax dollars that those investments originated from. Did anyone ever get even one dividend check from any of these CORPORATIONS? Don't hold your breath.

These CORPORATIONS are even as high up as THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS, INTERNAL REVENUE, THE UNITED STATES TRUST CO. The IRS even has a recreation account, or at least it did until it was exposed.

But, these are some of the same agencies that say they do not have any money to help you, as the ones who pay their wages. Then you get passed on through the phone lines while the meter is running on your bill and still don't get any answers.

The easy solution to cure this problem is that if these agencies do not have the money to do the job they are getting a huge salary for, not to mention driving a hot car too, then there is not enough money for the position either, therefore it is now "DOWNSIZED". Position eliminated. Simple cure to an expensive problem.

Now, the individual who pays those AGENCIES and their EMPLOYEES (capitalized to emphasize their corporate status)can use that well deserved saved money to trade with Dunn & Bradstreet, or whomever they wish now, and reap the profits, instead of watching your local sheriff et al, who makes about $2,000.00 a month, drive around in a $60,000.00 deisel pick up truck, while your vehicle barely runs and you just went to COURT with a ticket over it that is more than it would be to fix the car.

Yes, you will see the local COURT OFFICERS, names CAPITALIZED as well. Your name will also be capitalized. They just created a corporation stealing your identity and they also filed a bond or insurance claim against it. Did you authorize that?

Be advised if the COURT wrote you a ticket, for example 2244, be careful, they more than likely also wrote one for 4422 or 2424 or close numbers. They will not tell you this and they filed a bond on it too. Dunn & Bradstreet all over.

The problem is, if you paid off ticket 2244 and weren't told about ticket 4422 et al , they probably put a warrant out for your arrest so the JAIL gets more dividends too. IT IS ALL FRAUD and the CORPORATE offices are using YOUR (your) money to commit this fraud.

Try to tell a JUDGE this without him holding you in contempt of court and adding a few more D&B dividends to his account. Just put it in writing and print off the Dunn & Bradstreet market pages then incorporate them in your court records as "Exhibits." Not legal advise, just prudent.

I did just that. All COUNTY, STATE, FEDERAL, IRS, UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS. Why? To expose the huge level of fraud upon the courts that every living breathing soul in the united states of America is being defraded out of their hard earned money, or "Bank notes" as stated earlier in another report.

Next time you visit any government agency notice the "UPPER CASE" letters.
Now you know what it means. It is also why you rarely, if at all, ever hear of anyone winning a court case. It is not a court. It is a corporate office and all court officers are corporate officers. They are only practicing trust law and contract law. Again, go to "The Avalon Project" on the web and read History as it was written to exist.

This fraud is about every government office acting as a corporation and using Americans money to do it, then claiming that, whatever office, doesn't have the funds to assist you with your matter.

This fraud is about the judicial system nationwide operating under fraud using Americans money in every state to support a habit of deceit and lies. The judges took an oath to uphold the federal Constitution and their state Constitution. I incorporate that in my files as an exhibit. The attorneys took a secret oath to uphold the courts. Many of them took an oath to uphold the Masonic Lodge. That is an oath to uphold each other.

Try telling any of the court officials, especially PACIFIC COUNTY, WASHINGTON, JUDGE DOUGLAS GOELZ (gellz). of the fraud they are commiting without getting a target on your back, your property destroyed, your company stolen, your husband reported deceased to the United States Department of Defense, and harassed by the local SHERIFF DEPARTMENT and a false arrest warrant based on two ticket numbers for the same alleged offense, allegedly for a failure to appear two days after appearing, originating from a woman over 50, myself, using self defense to protect her husband over 75 against a man that PACIFIC COUNTY WASHINGTON aided and abetted, acted in concert and in condonation with, while the husband and wife are fighting the matter in federal court, still pending.

Now if you think that last paragraph was a heap, you should see the thousands of pages of documents and evidence.

I dare to speak up. PACIFIC COUNTY WASHINGTON absolutely hates the fact that someone, especially a female, exposed their fraud. Not only was this exposed nationwide, via the web, email, and faxes to all the media, senators, congressmen and other agencies et al, but world wide in 13 countries, on the air, recorded and broadcasted even to our boys in the military fighting for our freedom, so they say. Love them for they are not cowards!!!

Why did I send these files to the agencies I am addressing now? To prove my point. Not only do I expect them not to act, but I have electronic records of everyone of them that "Failed to act". I have become well acquainted with the Estate of Macias vs. Lopez case. It refers to equal protection of the law, the 8th amendment. Not practicing law, teaching and a student of Constitutional law, and a member of the press and as a court watcher. Know the law, know the fraud, expose the fraud.

Fraud in the judicial system affects everyone everywhere. Watch it next time you are an unwilling invited guest. I do not use UPPER CASE LETTERS. Just for fun I sometimes leave off the last name, which is another form of the judicial fraud, last name signifies corporate status, so first and middle name works for me. This is a new discovery the courts do not want anyone to know.

Another option I use is [around the last name] so the court cannot recognize my family name. Of course, this is just what I do and not intended for any legal advise just FYI.

Where I sign my name, I print it, in brackets. I also write "under objection under duress, and under protest." I do this because remember court documents are contracts. If a contract does not devulge every part or keeps some part unknown, it is fraud.

I use my Blacks Law Dictionary as much as my bible. The word "Duress" has significant impact both in court and in any contract. If I am threatened to do something, against my will, that is duress. Did anybody ever beg a trooper to "please give me a ticket because I am travleing at my own free will?"
Highly unlikely.

That "ticket" is not only a writ of attainder but a contract that you unwittingly entered into. Again, not practicing law, just teaching the facts.

There is so much fraud the judicial system is operating under as well as affiliate AGENCIES et al, that most people would literally have their worlds turned into a whirlwind upon the discovery.

Yes,these agencies have a common denominator. Let's see if you can find it.
When you do discover the core of this fraud, what are you willing to do to expose it?

Anyone who has the brass to write an article on this or any other web site about fraud has taken the first step. Get ready for the marathon. Load up your pens and paper, emails, faxes, web pages and phone calls. Keep a log of every letter sent out and keep your long distance phone bill records.

America is in a bad way right now folks. She is drained and failing, weak and exhausted. Between the bankers (banksters), the judicial system and the corrupt attorneys that feed off of both, our strength is depleted.

The judicial system needs a long awaited rude awakening, attorneys need a stint in the prisons they help support, and many of the judges need their own private cell with Bubba, Squirrley, and Tiny as their new room mates.

All the agencies using Americans money better start providing the services they created with our money or they get their pink slip. Office doors should be locked. Fraud is fraud.

I'll bet not one judicial officer can even cite the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, or The Bill of Rights. They took an oath to uphold the Constitution. They know exactly what it means when they do not uphold it, don't you boys?
