My wife was locked out of the house with our 4 year old and 1 year old. She had accidentally locked the bottom handle lock of the house and forgot her keys inside. She called what appeared to be a professional, 24 hour locksmith service to help her get inside. The repairman charged her $330 to drill into the bottom handle. My wife of course being somewhat trusting and unsuspecting was not sure if this was an acceptable rate or not and since she could not get ahold of me at the time on the phone and had two children roasting in the heat, agreed. Basically, the slimy b****** took advantage of her position, overcharged her, and took her money and ran. When I called the Locksmith, I got the runaround and was given a phone number for their "customer service department" (480-550-8874) which was basically a VM system. I left a message. I have not received a reply.
