 You're 100% correct except that attorney doesn't exist, Robker wrote that himself. Since xerly, xurli, local verifications, and main streat marketing have gotten horrible reps for legit reasons it is now renamed Prestige Marketing located in St. George, Ut. Jerrod Robker is also affiliated with KB Delivery serving Iron County, UT and Red Hills Auto Repair; acquired by another scam from previous owners of Miners Auto Repair in Cedar City, UT. It is rumored that Robker has "paid off" multiple people to avoid additional charges including officers/deputies from several agencies, detectives, and a commissioner. It is highly recommended to avoid using any of these businesses.

After I was lied to and ripped off for $400, I ended up doing a bunch of research and found many, many people who were scammed the same way as I was. I found out the owner of the company was Jerrod Robker III. He has multiple arrests for drugs and many lawsuits filed against him by people who he has scammed.

He makes every dollar he earns by lying and manipulating people. He comes from a long line of child molesters,(both his father and grandfather are registered sex offenders) Local Verifications is a complete scam system and the people who work there are the worst type of sociopaths, willing to do whatever it is to get your credit card information.

He has been arrested for pulling out firearms on people at a bowling alley. So long story short, this company is ran by the worst type of people on the planet. Never do business with Jerrod Robker, or Mike Evanow, who owns the company that works with Local Verifications. Both are con men!!!

A disgruntled ex-girlfriend?  Then what do you call me?  I don't know this guy from a hole in the ground, and this company has harassed me with phone calls for almost a year now.  Please.  Puh-leeze......

Don't believe their Attorney, the company flat out misleads counsumers that they are Google.  I just found out today from the real Google that I had been ripped off by Local Verifications.  Local Verifications had informed me when I opened a new practice that I needed to pay $500 (which they eagerly agreed on $300) to be listed as a Google Business, which is entirely untrue. All it appears that this company did was copy and paste some information off my company website and place it on my Google business listing. 

When I contacted this company, they continued to lie and assured me they had looked through hours of phone conversatoins. 

So in a nutshell, the above comments about this company being a Rip-Off are not Libelous, because Truth is a complete defense to any defamation claim.... So maybe the owner(s) should consider making an honest living like the majority of us do.

I am an attorney for the company listed. The report that was left here was by a person the owner of the company dated several years ago and is completely false and irresponsible.

A cease and desist notice was sent to the person that left the post by my law firm and we are pursuing legal action against her for this slanderous behavior. The things mentioned were erronious and were left with malicious intent. 

This company has been around for well over 4 years. A simple search online will show you when the entity was filed. Additionally, if you do a search of this company, this is the only bad review you will see. They have over 20,000 happy clients and a 2% attrition rate. There is no scamming involved and all clients of the company have their services rendered within 24 hours. This is a small business that is trying to help other small businesses get online exposure by means of the internet. Most business owners we work with have no idea how to manage online listings, that's where we come in. 

Read the post carefully before making a decision. It is a personal jab at the owner of the company, not at the company itself. The accusations are false. It appears as if a very uneducated person left that post. I myself had a hard time understanding it simply because it was the same paragraph over and over with improper spelling and run-on sentences. It's a shame Ripoff Report allows good businesses to endure court cost for defamation cases because they are too irresponsible to filter the posts or do research before publishing, 

I will include a copy of the cease and desist below. This is a very successful and legitimate company. The owners are stand up citizens and donate thousands of dollars a year to charities. Don't be fooled by misleading posts.

      This law firm represents Local Verifications, LLC, Local Engine, LLC, Engine LLC and all DBA’s associated with stated LLC’s. If you are represented by legal counsel, please direct this letter to your attorney immediately and have your attorney notify us of such representation.

You are hereby directed to

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF Jerrod Robker, Local Verifications, LLC,  Engine LLC and all DBA’s associated with stated LLC’s CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

In Utah, defamation consists of:

(1)  a statement that tends to injure reputation;
(2) communicated to another; and
(3) that the speaker knew or should have known was false.

 As such, your posts to ripoffreport.com is considered defamatory per se. Under Utah Code (76-9-404), this letter constitutes a demand for immediate retraction in writing of these false and libelous statements.

 In accordance with Utah Code (76-9-404), this is a formal demand that your retraction and correction be accompanied by an editorial in which you specifically repudiated your libelous statements.

 Your web postings and conduct also constitute tortuous interference with the business, personal and contractual relations of Jerrod Robker. As such, they are actionable and expose you to the imposition of compensatory as well as punitive damages.

If you have posted or are found to be guilty of posting information about Mr. Robker and the information is not removed and blocked immediately, these actions expose you to compensatory as well punitive damages.

You will be reported to the St George Police, along with any other Federal or State entity that your actions need to be reported to.  We are prepared to file suite and take any further legal action required to have this information removed from directories.

If forced, suite will be filed to stop your wrongful conduct; we will also seek an award of attorney fees and litigation expenses.

Slanderous and defamatory postings exceeded the bounds of free speech.

Your failure to correct your erroneous and false statements and their repetition after notice of their falsehood constitutes further publication of libel. It also confirms your malicious intent.

If you do not immediately publish the requested retraction, and cease and desist from tortuous interference and making false and malicious comments about Jerrod Robker and his business affiliations, suit will be filed against you.

I recommend that you consult with an attorney regarding this matter.
