We would like to address a couple of areas of your report that we feel misrepresent our company:

We do sell optimization services (not listings it is important to point out, but optimization of that listing according to key terms we spend hours of time researching every single week with very advanced software not available for free anywhere).

However saying we often cannot deliver is incorrect. We have about a 90% retention rate, which is absolutely unheard of in this industry, especially when you have 23,000 customers. Our retention rate is among the highest of any online marketer of any type specifically because we consistently deliver exactly what we promise.

Next, 3^rd page is not useless. It’s exponentially more effective than say 5^th page or not being listed at all. In fact there is measurable payoff through page 10 or so depending on the industry. BUT, you are right that it is not as good as first page.

Next, 6 months is a blink of the eye as far as optimization. Most SEOs make businesses sign a contract of a year or more, and don’t promise anything until 9 months or so. And most charge a whole lot more than we do.

Next, along with optimization we build a professional multi-page website, mobile site, we now create a YouTube marketing video (though that may not have been the case when you were a customer), we put businesses on Social Sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, and we create a custom list of over 100 Directories where we get businesses listed, and this list is carefully vetted to ensure each listing is effective. Then every single week an entire team spends several hours optimizing and updating all of these for each and every business.

You spent $500 in 6 months for all of this.

We don’t think that price is the least bit unreasonable considering all of the work we put into an account. In fact, we are certain that the vast, vast majority of SEOs would have charged about that price for a week of optimization service alone, without any of the other services we offer all of our customers, and six months of their effort would have gotten your site listed no higher.

Again, we apologize if we were no able to get you listed as high as you would have liked, but we do feel like the service we offered more than justified that price.

We promise you that we have never in any way used any of your information. We have over 23,000 customers. If we were using your information you would not be receiving a few phone calls, you would be getting hundreds or even thousands every day.

We do not believe that you have received phone calls from any of our active customers, however if you have anything showing that anywhere online, in email, on any of our marketing collateral, that it is your number listed, show us and we'll fix it. As you may see from the above, and perhaps if you look at other reviews, the tendency seems to be misrepresentations of our business at the most basic level, misunderstandings an active customer would not have, and consistently from customers with absolutely no record of ever being customers. Something of a pattern. None the less we are commetted to fixing any problems if they exist and clearing up these obvious misconceptions.
