Mr Findley, Signs up for Pay per call Networks thru Offervault.com useing proxies and different allias of employees. He tells his employees checks will be sent to your house, and you cash um and we will split the money. But what he does not tell his employees is that, the way he does it is illegal!!! 1. He uses  Caller id faker apps on mobile phones and house forecloser lists to scam PAY PER CALL networks out of calls.  So say a company signed up to advertise threw exact match media as a advertiser.  Todd then signs up as a publisher then gets aproved for SAID companys campaigns then fakes the calls and say get paid 35 dollars for a 3 min phone call. He hire people to make these calls over and over again  300 times a day.... If thats not enough he goes on to freelancer.com looking for people needing help to advertise there company. go here you can see his advertising bids

Then what todd does after that is, he talks them in to a pay per call contract ill get you 150 calls for  900 dollars.... Not thinking any thing of it. the customer/victim is like  awesome. So Victim says  lets do it pays todd. then has his employee make 150 calls over and over again. Customer is happy thinking hes gettin traffic but in all reality he aint gettin s***...

Todd also like to post on craigslist job ad's for  internet marketing or business or customer service ads.

then when they email him about a job he sends them to these websites that have pay per call ads on them

telling them that they are customer assurance and stuff like that to scam calls.
