Per your contract attached, in order to cancel, you there are several steps in the process:

·         You are required to provide 30 days’ notice

·         You will be charged a termination fee of three time the Monthly Recurring Rate (MRR = $299)

·         You are responsible for fees accrued through the termination date

Since you began with LocalVox on April 4, if you cancel at this time your total charges due will be $4,186.00.

($299monthly rate * 11 months = $3,289 fees accrued through termination date) + (3 * $299 = $897 for early termination fee)
