I was looking to move and I went to Craigslist.org there were over 30 rentals of homes and apartments so beautifully described in my exact price range and accept pets. There were several different numbers listed but they all let to the same company Locators Inc. I called immediately they told me they have a so many more properties that aren't listed yet, and they are so affordable because they are private owners. The et started to get the lists of the properties I had to pay 185 dollars for one county in PA plus 25 dollars for any additional county. I thought OK they have 3 offices the properties are in my price range and they take pets and after over 2 months of looking I agreed to sign up. I just have to check the website www.weneedtomove.com several times a day for they do go fast.

So I went in the site and I was in shock only 2 of the 30 properties Craigslist showed in my town were on this list infact just in my county alone only about 15 existed in the price range that was advertised. Now if I take the price this company posted on Craigslist and added 5 to 6 hundred on the locators website many more of those Craigslist rentals are on the locators list. This company uses extreme deceptive advertising. False advertising and manipulative communications when confronted. This company targets those who are lower income by advertising low rent properties in order to make their sales. I've been regularly taking pictures of the ads on Craigslist as well as the locators website list all within minutes of eachother several times a day and although the Craigslist ads increase in locations and quantities, the prices still stay extremely low.

The locators website list never changes though, and no new listings are added and the properties specifically state no pets in the locators listings. This list does not show any city in the counties I've chosen specifically because of the ad on Craigslist. The properties for rent on the locators website of weneedtomove.com are in the worst areas of the towns listed do not match the beautiful listings on Craigslist. I know this is a very misleading firm of doing business and can be considered theft by deception. I am looking into seeing if others are willing to file class action lawsuits against this company because of the false business practices. They targeted many lower income and dedicated renters by the manipulation that use online and on the phone to get the money from hard working people who don't know that these Craigslist ads are a prop used by locators inc.
