This company took mone out of my account when they should have never done so. I told them I wanted to cancel my policy and I was told that was fine. I month later they took money out of my account. That was when Kim said I had to come in and write a letter in order for this to happen. Nice to know now that you have taken my gas money for the week. So I did. Then I get told she is unsure how long it will take to get the money back. 2 days later Kym says I have to prove the amount cleared the account. So I sent that. She never got back with me. SHe has caller ID on her phone. Also at no time does the phone call ever say your being recorded and when I pissed her off is when she tries to tell me I am being recorded..... that is against the law. I should report this to Polk County Sheriff. Then I find out that my money actually went to Mercury Insurance and this is who has my money. This is the depaertment who she is talking to (So she says). So I call Mercury. Come to find out Kim has not been doing all the phone calls. She has her do girl doing it oo. The person at Mercury said Kim know what she is doing and she is dragging me around. So I have been dealing with Mercury directly and come to find out they needed to see the amount that was taken out and the balance when it came out. Why? What the heck does that have to do with anything you took money out of my account when I was told it would be canceled. Then this lady said she told Kim that earlier this morning. Nice because Kim is avoiding me now. So I am working only with Mercury. THen Kim said it would be put in my account the same way it was taken out..... NOPE!!!! They will sent a check..... NICE!!!! SO this whole time Kim the person I have been talking to at Lock Insurance not only was dragging my around but also LYING!!! Do not use them unless you enjoy getting screwed over!!
