I received 4 downloads I downloaded each one as soon as I did that the first download had a Pop Up! It Had a malware or Virus on it. Thank God My Virus protector caught it! Then I moved on and went to add keywords in the 2nd download, It would not take any keywords it acted like it was froze on the screen, So I turned off PC, and tried to restart everything and Software did the same thing it froze and would not take any keywords at all! So I went to Locustware The Company and told them what happen and then Refused to give me a Refund for Broke Software! Stating below that my Anti Virus Blocked it. So I went in and turned my anti virus off! It did the same thing. They have sent me a Virus and Broke Software! All I want is to Receive my Refund So that I can move on. Thank you ********

I Completely Understand Mean No Disrespect, Same time turn off anti Virus and did the same thing. Here's the other problem, when entering keywords your software froze, I can work past all of this it's not the money, It's that It needs to work! I am Sorry Cliff, Kim comes back and tells me everything is Perfect! I am sorry this is not the case. Really everyone else works! Seriously! I give 2 Shits! Mine does not work! PayPal became my only method due to your staff stating its perfect, I am Pissed! So I will Not Close this until I have the $37.00 or Fix it But since it is perfect! Then we have a problem.
