Logan Furniture is a company with no integrity and quality of furniture sold is cheap, Avon, Massachusetts

I bought a bedroom set and once it was delivered to my home the delivery guys could not get the box spring up my front stairs and refused to even try the back enterence. I called the store where I bought it to see what my options where and was told I needed to buy a split frame and it would cost me another $53.00 and another $89.00 redelivery charge. I was furious and could not believe what I was hearing. I asked to speak with a manager, was given a number to call, however when I called the number I immedialty got voicemail. I left a message and till this day I have not heard from them. I had to order the split frame because I had no other choice, but refused to pay the redelivery charge and picked it up myself. I gets the box frame home a week later and as I am dressing the bed with my comforter set, I noticed staples stuck into the footboard of the set. I called the store and was told to send in pictures of the staples and finally after weeks I recieved a call from customer service and the lady herself told me she had made several calls to general manager, wharehouse and who ever else she tried to get in contact with in regards to my situation and no one was getting back to her. Two weeks later she finally calls me and says they refuse to give me my money back and I was told they are only packing staples and to just pull em out. Can you belive this, I paid over almost a thousand dollars for this set and they have the audacity to tell me to just full the staples out. This is a company, where is their integrity and it is real clear that they do not care about the customers once they get your money.
