Logisticares transportation was consistently late or did not show up Connecticut

I need logisticares to transport me to health appointments. They arelways late or do not show up. I missed vital health appointments as a result. This resulted in distress and wasted my time, put my health in jeapordy and wasted a lot of money. The boss who I phoned was rude even though the car was late. Everyday they are late or early by margins of between 30 minutes and five hours, with consistent no shows, leaving disabled and sick people stranded for hours outside hospitals. There is something vitally wrong with logisticares, it puts customers in a situation which exacerbates health troubles, and I worry about how this company treats their staff and valuable customers, a commodity which will go elsewhere if logisticares cannot provide straight forward, timely transportation.
