I paid for a website, marketing material and viedo in April 2016 - in December the work was still not started. Each time I called the person from before was no longer working there. As of December the work was not completed and recieved nothing and requested a full refund. I was told I would recieve a full refund - they kept saying dont worry we will credit it back to your credit card. As of today, March 10, 2017 I have not recieved my full refund of $5,950.00. Each time I call, they put me on hold for hours, they hang up the phone, its always a different person telling you don't worry you are going to get your money back. It has been months of waitin.
I believe that there is something fraudulent going on because they should be able to provide me my refund immediately. I have started to file complaints with all local, state, and federal agencies with respect to fraud/theft of my money and failure provide my 100% refund which is what they told me.
If anyone would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against this company for the bad business practices and fraud/theft of taking money and not providing product/service and not giving back the 100% refund as they sold you please contact me.

I have done some research and come to find out …
The person who is behind the online scams is Salman Ghaznavi. His brother Usman Ghaznavi lives in Fremont, California and his also involved in fraudulent businesses. Salman Ghaznavi is the king of fraudulent business, you can find an android police article here: and you can find another article from propakistani here:
In the UK, there is a business registered as Logojeeves Ltd, under the name Waqar Khan, at the address Saunders House The Mall London W5 3TA. It says that Waqar lives in the United States and is a Citizen.
If you are looking to find these criminals, are located at 45333 Fremont Blvd #5 Fremont, CA 94538.
USA, UK, and Pakistan forces are investigating and we have case numbers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. (my contact information has already been blasted across the internet) We ask that if you have been a victim of fraud by any of these companies or affiliates, please provide me with information so I can forward to all the authorities.

The person behind these attacks is Salman Ghaznavi, just google his name and you will see 2 articles pop-up about his scams. He is a criminal and he is now using my name.
