My promised two week website design has turned into 3 months and it's still not completed. I asked for ecommerce and to be connected to major search engines.
It seems that Logo On-Line pros didn't add any "shipping" info to my shopping cart. They must think that Scottie from Star Trek will beam my products up to my customers.
When I asked about the lack of shipping info on my site, I was told that they asked me about that and I declined. This was one of the main things I needed so I knew this was a lie. I would not have declined it.
Mr. Rodriguez, the project manager, said this would have been more money any way. Ditto for search engine optimization. All of these things were discussed in the beginning of negotiations and I paid the price I was quoted, but didn't get what I paid for.
So beware of this group. They're not Pros, just writing prose on emails.
