Lokey Volkswagen Rip-offs and vehicles that won't pass state safety inspections Clearwater Florida

I want everybody to know that I bought a truck from Lokey Volkswagen that they advertised on E-Bay. And, I assure you that the truck was not everything that they said it was. One way, I drove over 656 miles to buy this truck and on their E-Bay thing, it said that this truck had already been through its inspection.
And, when I got there, it had a red light on the dashboard that said the vehicle needed service. And, the salesman said: We just water-blasted it, and the light came on. Take it home and have it fixed and the dealership will pay for it.
Well, as agreed, I sent them the bill. And, the dealership never paid it.
This truck would not even pass North Carolina safety inspection. And, I went into the glove box of the truck that I bought and talked to the former owner who traded in the truck and he told me that the red light was on when he traded it in.
I am kind of curious of how this red light got through Lokey Volkswagen's safety inspection.
After six weeks of patiently waiting for my reimbursement check to arrive, I found out that the reimbursement check was not coming.
And, when I was on the phone with the former owner of the truck, I asked him whether there was anything else that I needed to know about the truck. And, he said that the truck had been in a wreck. The front right fender had been replaced and painted. Then, I took the truck to a body shop to see whether the truck had actually been in a wreck or not and it showed up that the truck had been in a collision. But, on E-Bay, Lokey Volkswagen said that the truck had received a clear report. And, I assure you, when I went to the body shop, this vehicle never had a clear report.
Numerous times, I have emailed and called Rik Wuest, who advertises his vehicles on E-Bay, and asked him for my reimbursement check to have the vehicle fixed enough to clear North Carolina safety inspectionthat Rik Wuest said that the dealership would pay. And, I got an email back from him that said not to contact him anymore.
This vehicle is not worth of what I paid for it because it has been in a wreck. And, on top of that, numerous times, I even called Paul Lokey, the owner. And, I never even got a call back. So, my suggestion is Buyer Avoid Lokey Volkswagen. That way, nobody else will get ripped off by them.
