Lom Chou Michael, Sandor Toth, Pet Air Express Shipping Service Paid for a bird, they kept asking for more, and no bird Littoral Douala

I responded to an ad for an African Grey Parrot needing a new home. He was asking $300, the ad said he was from Denver, CO but relocated to Cameroon, Africa for business. He told me that shipping was no problem at all as long as I promised to take good care of him and send holiday pictures. I agreed and wired him the money through western union. He even emailed me detailed information on his flights. But he called the next day saying that the pet carrier company needed to insure his life before he can get on the plane for $595. I told him that I didn't have this money and he agreed to pay the difference if I could come up with another $300. I sent him the money once again through Western Union. But then I got another email saying that the cage wasn't good enough for him to fly in because of the high temperatures in the country and that I would need to purchase a temperature controlled cage. I told them that I didn't feel as if I needed this and to send the bird in the cage that was provided. I have not received anymore emails from either person. DO NOT by from anyone in this country. I read that birds can't be imported from Cameroon as they will be killed once they get here because of the threat of the bird flu and other diseases.
