Loman auto group loman kiaLoman ford They owe me $7,500 from a trade in 2012 Woodbridge New Jersey

In MAY 2012, I went to Loman ford after seeing a promotional deal online. After 4 hours from them looking over my commercal truck, They offered me $ 14,500 for my truck ,plow and sander. We agreed to take $7,000 from the $ 14,500 and put it down on a 2010 Ford edge.

They told me that I will receive my $ 7,500 in a check in 2 weeks once my license plates come in at dealerdhip. I called several times to see if my check was there and plates. I went to dealership 3 to for times to collect my check and pick up plates. After six weeks I had enough , they kept on giving ne excuses on receiving my check and plates.

I called consumer affairs , they sent letter or somthing, they called me and told me my check and plates were their. I went there to pick up check and plates, my plates were there, but no truck. That day they told me there financiance guy was not in, but he will be in next day and they will contact me, never did.

I called numerous times , never received a call back. I hired a lawyer 2 months after, he sent many letters, Dealership never replied back Last spoke to attorney , he said company no longer under loman ford-kia, no longer exsists.

They changed there same to the Loman group, Same physical address, same owner, same general mgnr.

I am a disabled man since a accident from work for two plus years now.

I need that money to help pay my medical bills etc, I struggle daily.

I pray and hope someone can help me, the dealership should not have a license sell, They stole $ 7,500 from me
