I attended London Eyes Academy in the Summer of 2009.  The website states:

"SPECIAL BONUS: PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP KIT - incl. SET of PROFESSIONAL BRUSHES, value $350.00"but my class only received the brushes. We were told that it never said anywhere on the site that we were going to get a kit, but it DEFINITELY DID, and STILL DOES. A classmate of mine spoke with one of the girls who is taking the first course now Oct/Nov of 2010 and she said she received the brushes and the makeup kit. I'm just trying to understand why our class did not receive what the website states that's included with the course.

Later we added a whole makeup set - but only for new students signing up for new classes later.  It does not work backwards and we do not offer it to the students who signed up earlier - when only set of brushes was offered as bonus.

* Set of brushes which you got is much more expensive than the brushes coming with the new kit though;

It actually wasn't advertised that way on the site and still isn't. Also, there were 19 other girls in my first course and every single one of them saw the same thing on the site, we had talked about it during most of the classes & wondered when we were going to get it, until one day we asked about it and were told it was never on the site. I just spoke with about 7 of them and they all still remember seeing it...How is it that every one of us are wrong? The kit isn't something new, it was the deciding factor at the end of 2008 for me when I decided to attend your school. I just kind of wondered why all of a sudden it's being offered again and why were skipped over. I figured it was because there were so many of us, we were always told we had such a huge class!

 And I still have NOT received a RESPONSE from the London Eyes Academy. Several students that were denied the Kit ( in the summer of 2009) that is advertised on their website are sending emails and calling the school to get what is owed to us and AGAIN No Response. London Eyes Academy is comminting FRAUD on their Website and I hope they do what's RIGHT and give the Makeup Kit and 88 Eye Shadow Palette to the Students who attended the Class of Summer 2009.

P.S. The classrooms are very hot in the summer and they actually put 2 fans in the classroom. Wow imagine getting your makeup done while your all SWEATY.
