Londzell Hardy. HVS LLC Sandy springs Georgia

  I work for Mr Hardy for two weeks without pay he is no longer answer my calls and basically I have to submit paperwork through the state and file complaints to find him to get my money I was doing floors at Chamblee Tucker At Kroger and I was also doing marshals at perimeter he basically said the reason why he didn’t pay me is because he didn’t have proof that I work when I sent him a text every day and the locations Kept a log. I don’t understand how the state of Georgia could even have let him continue to have his license in the state of Georgia he is basically ripping people off it is very dis honest and very unethical. I did get in touch with the company he is contracting through marshals and a compliance complaint and they are currently investigating it as for Kroger I have to go through the secretary of state of Georgia to file a complaint against his LLC please I also will be for filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
