I had an air compressor replaced on my truck. After I financed and paid by bank wire, I retrevied my truck. The person following me had oil all over the windshield ever since I picked it up. 2 hours later I had to replace a water line that was split attached to the compressor. I started going again and the compressor went completely out with oil all over the truck. After towing to a real shop, a Volvo dealership, I was informed that the compressor was installed incorrect. I call Joe Harvey and was told that he warranty no work even though it was less than 4 hours after I received the truck this happened. Joe has told all his bosses that it was installed correctly and it was the bull gear. Not seeing the truck he was 100% sure it was not the compressor. The compressor has 4 bolts holding it on. 3 of the nuts are missing and the other cast ear is broken. The bull gear will not make the nuts back off a stud over and inch long. There luckly was no damage to the bull gear. If they are so sure why won't they stand behind their work. Never use this company for anything. I now have a tow bill and a new shop bill of about $2300 that no one will help out. Please don't use these people they pride themselves in ripping people off.

Bought a truck @ lone mountain

We managed to pay off our truck through lone mountai, even with all the rudeness of the salesman. Cresco capital no grace payment But if you can get past that, you'll be ok. However when it come to the inspection of the truck, DON'T take it to a shop with in 50 miles of the sales shop. I say this through our bad experienc, they must have a agreement to clear Lone Mountain trucks. Because the day after we bought our truck went to get serviced and inspected by the company we leased to. Found a busted front spring on our Volvo 780, it was only held together because of the air bag. Also had bad hanger bearing, cracked fuel tank strap and a poorly repaired hood hinge they hid very well. When I notified them they simply gave us the finger. We held our end by paying that junk truck off, however they screwed themselves out of a return custome. Since then we have bought 3 more trucks
