Complaint Description:
I purchased a solar pane ls & installation from this company, the system has been under producing since day 1 they have not honored their warranty Contracted this company on 05/27/2017 to install a 9.57
KW pv system, the purchase price is $36,844.50 the system has never produced the amount of energy quoted and the monitoring system always show a group of panels that are under producing or not
producing at all, I have made a number of service requests but they are being ignored except once that someone came out and suggested a shading issue and had me cut down a tree, which I did and the
problem did not go away, I have made many requests for someone to come out buy they flat out won't.

Mr. Pablo is NOT our contracted customer and never had a contract with Lone Wolf. We offered to help him with an issue on his system since we were the subcontactor that installed it and he refused to believe that the system was working properly even though we came out and inspected the system and also had the manufacturer run a diagnosis.
He has not excepted the fact that we are just the SUB even after I fixed the issue with a part and yet we are still monitoring his solar system even after his complaints to make sure the system is in good working condition. The system has a 25 year warranty and if anything goes wrong with it that part will be covered by the manufacturer. If he has any issues further with his system he has our office number.
