Loni F. Deland Inc. Loni Deland Attorney NOT the best attorney in Utah...I had to make every effort to get anything done, He didn't fight for anything! Let the prosecutors have what the wanted w/out a fight for my rights!!! Left me hanging,s Salt Lake City, Utah

We were very disapointed in Loni's services. We thought with his reputation that he was top notch. Very wrong.
He made very little effort with anything in my case. I had to call him for everything, he never touched base or updated me on any information. I had to ask him several times to make phone calls or get things done. It seemed that the only time I found out any info was when he showed up for court.  He told me that he would get me out of several things and didn't. He also said many things and absolutely did not follow through with them when it came down to it.
I felt that he showed up for court just to be present. My wife could have done a better job representing me! He did not fight for anything w/the prosecuting attorney. Whatever was said by the prosecuting attorney, he went along with.

 This was a waste of money! He knew that I was good for my money and took full advantage of it. He basically just showed up and did not leg work. Sitting in that court house w/him by my side felt as if I had some student not even in law school trying to help me. His breath also had a very strong odor of alcohol when he showed up... not a good sign. Was he too hung over to fight? I'll never higher him  again and would highly advise against it.
