 AMX used to be better. The sliding scale pay per mile only averages out to between 10 and $12 per hour. If the mileage is 2300 miles and over to pay a $0.37 per mile. after mileage is under $2,300 the pay is only $0.30 a mile. therefore if you miss the threshold you are getting screwed out of approximately $150 a week. the loads are only between 800 and 1000 miles which means you are constantly reloading and recapping off your 70. Lori Danner fails to pay for expenses you incur or is slow in in getting them on your paycheck. She acts like her crap don't stink sometimes. She has a religious sign up, but a real Christian is neither cheap or stingey. She is not generous. Bart Walking at night can be a bully and abuse the drivers and Rodney Knight can hang the phone up in your face. The drivers seemike they are getting less and less valued here. One would be better working at Walmart or the Golden Arches then at AMX
