Lorraine Lansdell The online educational company MOBE promised me online educational training at a start up cost of 49.00 and then encouraged me to upgrade to earn higher commissions once I was finished my online training and I was guaranteed a full refund of my money if I found I did not want to continue on with the online educational training, this did not happen and now I am out thousands of dollars because of this fraudulent company. I was offered an online educational training at 49.00 to begin the process of the online marketing educational training business.  From their you are rushed through the 21 step training and you never fail any of the 21 steps so at the end of the 21 steps you are encouraged to upgrade to a higher position at a very large sum of money and always told that you are guaranteed your money back if you want to discontinue with the training and this did not happen.  I am out thousands of dollars because of this, I was told once I completed the traing which did not happen because the coaches cancelled the training classes and there was no way of rescheduling or getting ahold of them, everything was shut down and I was left with nothing except debt and a large debt on my credit cards.

I have no way of getting this money back and the company MOBE cannot be contacted in any way and the credit card companies say because its over the 90 days I am just out of luck, but the training in itself takes longer than that so once the FTC suspended all accounts with MOBE and found they were a fraudulent company, I could not get my money back because the credit card company said it was past the 90 days and because of that they could not help me and it was American Express credit card company I was dealing with and they had no sypathy at all.  I was laughed at and told off and treated very poorly by this company also.

I tried to explain my situation and supplied several pages of documentation in regards to the online educational training MOBE company and they told me there was not a thing they could do for me and I even talked to the supervisor of the company and the result was the same, no help.  People were encouraged to go to their credit card companies for help because MOBE was suppose to be an online educational training business they would be able to help and you would get refunded because of that reason and that did not happen.  So frustrated.
