Lory Toon / New beginnings financial is committing fraud on the consumer puplic. She is talking consumers into a loan modification process for low money down to do it. She will give the assurance of her commitment to her clients. 1- to charge reasonalbe fees 2-assist you in processing your loan mod as quickly as possible 3-assist you in understanding the process 4-insure that you are informed o a weekly basis of the progress of your file 5-treat you as a respected client at all times. She does't do any of it nor does she contact the bank inwhich you have your loan in. If you ask questions about your loan it makes her angry and she will teach you a lesson and will take longer to call you with any info she may have for you. She will not call you or answer your calls she will just text. In a nutshell her plan is to make you think that the bank is not working to help you and talk you into a short sale. She will have the realitors come over and try to talk you into it and get a loan specialist on the line to talk to you. When you agree to it you do not get your money back you then go behind on your payments and screw your credit. Since she works with the realitors and loan officer she buys your house on short sale and all involved but you because your screwed out of your money and your credit that they now have as well as your house. Its a great scam and they are getting away with it. She never does a thing with your loan and does not keep in contact with you so you will in turn give up and short sale.
