There is nothing in your claim to suggest the judge, or anyone working for you did anything wrong.  There is ample evidence however that you exercised very poor judgment in moving forward with a case rather than settle for all of the reasons already provided.  Your motions after you were found guilty (and the ones you plan on filing in the future) assume somebody made an error in transacting your business before the court.  You toss around wild accusations assuming actions that never really took place and any future motions you will make will be turned down as well; I see it happen all of the time.  Citizen lawyers are often very poor advocates before the court; they think they know the law, but they don't.  It should also be noted that California also has laws governing vexacious litigants, indicating that once you are identified as an individual who files an excessive amount of cases before the court, you cases are allowed to be automatically dismissed with prejudice - whether a case you file has merit, or not.

The fact the firm you opted to use is a scam firm is indeed true, and they should not have been allowed to benefit.  However, you opened the door by verbally threatening them - for which they took action against you and you were found guilty.  You can laugh at what you were found guilty of, but the state takes a very dim view of people who threaten others.  You say they have no proof?  Your response is all the proof I need to know you were guilty.

You are now bankrupt, no attorney is going to take your case, the court will likely dismiss any future motion you will make, and the judge really has an outstanding reputation - serving and donating to various charitable causes (yes, I am familiar with who Judge Snyder is) benefitting the community.  Do yourself a favor - stay in Canada and develop your show there - the number of companies producing and developing shows there are numerous.

This is sort of where your lack of overall experience in the entertainment field really hurts you.  You submitted the idea for your TV show to a scam company and if you look at their website, you would have seen the telltale signs of a scam.  The reality is that your idea for a show isn't worth that much money - maybe 5 figures tops - assuming it's really unique.  A google of the show idea you posted yielded several shows with similar titles; I mean it's still worth 5 figures, but overall... not worth much.  How unique yours is I admit is unknown.  Still...not worth that much.

All of this other conspiritorial mumbo jumbo with your former lawyer and the judge is baloney.  You decide to fight and now you are out $400K in legal fees because you didn't take the deal.  Then you decided to represent yourself - another foolish endeavor - because there is nothing to appeal.  What you now owe is far more than you would have been able to sell the rights to your idea for a show.

The reporters you spoke to weren't scared off.  There's nothing for them to be scared of.  They listened to you for about 3 minutes and knew it was a waste of time chasing down because they knew (a) you fell for an old scam, (b) there's no one for you to collect from, and (c) most people can't relate to the story in any real way because none of them sell ideas .  Newspeople like to expose those who ripoff someone as long as that someone has a lot of $$.  The guys who scammed you take people for about $800 at a time, and they have a court document indicating you tried to sue them and you have a conviction.  There is no governmental agency for you to seek relief.

So basically you decided to fight a case that isn't worth $50K at best and now owe $400K.  If you take the deal, you walk away owing nothing and owning very little.  Now bankruptcy may be your only potential option.

The judge lied ( and I have all the evidence ) The California Justice system knows they screwed up , and are doing everything in there power to force me to go away ( Will not happen ) . This " Murder Claim " against me is so ridiculous , ( even my Government is laughing ) Acording to the Whistleblowers , the scammers have conned over 55,000 other victims , and most were for over  $ 10,000 each.

We estimate over 200,000 counts of fraud ( mostly mail fraud , and have  all the evidence ).  these  scammers donate to the government agency's . so these thousands of complaints  never see daylight . The former Attorney General Kathleen Kane already has been charged ( on a unreated matter ) that office received $ 16,500 in donations . I have the entire State of Pennsylvania government agency's on pins and needles, because these 55,000 victims will be holding them responsible for these scammers , after they are shut down and jailed.
