Lose Weight Systems Unauthorized Credit Card Charges and Shipment of Product I did not Order Mesquite Nevada

The company named in this complaint, Lose Weight Systems, has sent me two shipments so far of a product called CarallumaExtreme. I did not order this product and I do not want the product. Additionally, I have never done any business with this company.

Somehow they have gotten my credit card number and have now billed me $34.84 for each of the two shipments.

No paperwork of any kind arrives with the product. Each time a US Postal Service plastic shipping bag with the return address listed has been delivered with only a bottle of the product inside. I have been unable to reach them at the phone number provided (877-763-5283) on the bottle. Besides this address, I have found another address in Utah:

A Google search of Caralluma yields many other cases of the same type of fraud and people describing the same situation such as the ones on your website.

Currently the credit card company has credited my account pending an investigation, but they refuse to give me a new card number and they refuse to block any further charges from this fraudulent enterprise.

I have filed complaints with the Attorneys General of Utah, Nevada and New York States. Also I have filed complaints with the US Postal Service, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Bureau of Investigation IC3 and the Better Business Bureau.
