Don’t trust ANYTHING The President Somak SUCKSchraborty tells you or his people. Lotus Business Solutions not only lies to the customers they sell to, more importantly they lie to their employees.  The trickiest part about sales people is that Somak Chakraborty and his “top guys” are probably some of the best manipulators I have seen.  They claim to be very charismatic hard workers, who are just a “growing” company.  In reality they will screw anyone and everyone for money. I’ve seen sales organizations that are liars and dishonest, Lotus Business Solutions takes the cake.  They sell this fake dream of a management training program, but the reality is you’re just lying to customers inalmart about cable making less than $400 a week and working 60-90 hours.

Somak is just another Bernie Madoff of telecom but dumber with worse grammer, he claims they are growing and expanding and making all this money. If you're making so much money why don't you have a car dude you're 30. Oh wait I forgot he can’t afford one.  Heck he can’t afford to pay people all the overtime they are earning. Not only is the president broke as a joke so is the entire office.  He claims he is humble, and he only has 2 suits, but no he is just broke and can’t afford it.  No one working there can afford anything.  I found out that 5 of the reps were living together In a 1 bedroom apartment.  Really??? You are supposed to be grown men in careers 1/2 over 30.  If i lived like that I would kill myself.

Lotus Business Solutions breaks every labor law known to man.  Overtime doesn’t exist.  ANYONE who signs  new hire paperwork DEMAND a copy of the commission agreement you sign.  WHY: Read the overtime part about overtime on their it says that if you work over 40 hours that you will be paid time and 1/2.  Everyone works over 40 hours a week,  literally everyone legally should be compensated for overtime, but no one is. Ever. Somak owes people more money in overtime than he has in his business bank account.  Over the past 3 years if I had to guess who owes over 1,000 employees unpaid wages they will never get. How he gets away with this I have no idea. ONE OF BIGGEST RULES IN BUSINESS: Never sign something if you can’t get a copy for your records.  Shady liars caught in an underpaying pyramid scheme.

What Lotus Business solutions told me on my second interview, was a total lie. I came in thinking I would make $600-$1000 a week. It’s entry level I am willing to work my way up.  I wish they would tell employees that they expect you to work 9am-9pm 12 hours a day every, weekend, holiday no exceptions. They claim that they are "flexible". But if you “can't” work on an off day for 12 hours management holds it against you. Lotus Business solutions will expect 90 hours and they pay you for 40.

You are told if your performance is higher you get commissions only, but you aren't paid on a lot of your sales. Do 10 sales expect to be paid on 3-4. My last week I worked a full 5 days 70 hours I got paid less than $100. Please explain that.

No one at lotus business solutions has ethics. They tell customers lies all the time like: the price doesn’t go up, they illegally check customers credit without their knowledge,  this isn’t a contract, we will move you for free, If you want to get out of it after installation you can, we work with comcast, you aren’t in a contract with dish, Comcast doesn’t do contracts its ok if you sign up, this isn’t a credit check, Oh you’re an existing customer let me fraudulantly change your name so we can sign you up.  DOUBT ME READ THE DIRECTV RETAIL CODE OF CONDUCT IN THE NEW HIRE ITS ALL IN THERE STATING IT'S ILLEGAL TO DO.  It’s all fraud. Avoid everyone they sign up because they lied to them and now the customer is screwed because they are in a 2 year contract that costs $500 to get out of. These are Wal-Mart customers they aren’t wealthy they can’t afford to get out of the contract.  So they are stuck. It is a very very shady business. I can’t go to sleep lying to people for $400 a week. My last check I did 12 sales that week got paid for 1. You will drive 100 plus miles a day to and from stores in Colorado Springs and up to Greeley.

My best advice to anyone considering working here:  If you go on a second round Job shadow from 11:30-2:00 ask the interviewer to show you one of their a recent paychecks. An old sales boss once told me you have to flash the cash. He said prove whatever you say, and if you can't it's probably not true especially in sales . Over my months with the company I never saw anyone make over $500-$700 a week. And that's the TOP trainers who have been with the company for more than 6 months.

I promise you won’t make money will lose money.  Growth is a facade. Even if you grow and are given 5 promotions to Senior Corporate Trainer your pay doesn’t change at, the only thing that changes is that now you work 100 hours for $350 a week. If you want to be successful in sales, want experience, or Just want to be given a chance  ANYTHING BUT THIS IS BETTER.
